quote

I see that here at Iseära, we’ve had so many opportunities to come together to help shape this place and to design the whole community in a way that gives everyone that same feeling, that this is truly a heartfelt and wonderful place to be.

Iseära has its own unique character

Iseära is a new, self-developed garden suburb near Lake Harku. Here, charming row houses with pitched roofs and cozy apartments are being built, each with its own unique qualities—both inside and out. This Scandinavian-inspired neighborhood is free from fences and features playful landscape architecture. The areas between buildings are designed to transition smoothly from private spaces near the terrace to semi-private and then public areas. The landscaping flows naturally, and in addition to planted shrubs, the garden suburb includes mature trees for a lush environment.

The greatest ambition of Iseära is to find a balance between “me” and “us.” Here, every family and every home adds a piece to the shared spirit of the neighborhood. The colors of the house facades vary, yet they are always inspired by the surrounding nature reflections from the lake, forest trails, and the evening sky. Homes transition smoothly into terraces, which in turn open into a car-free park area between the houses, setting the stage for a vibrant community life.

If we want to ensure there won’t be car races outside our doors or chickens in the neighbor’s backyard, it’s wise to agree on these things from the beginning.
