Anita Karma

Interior designer

Anita will help you find and create a home at Luuslangi.

Anita has studied interior architecture in both Estonia and Portugal. She designed the first homes already during her university studies, i.e. she has more than ten years of experience. In addition, she has improved her education in the field of art education and worked as an art teacher.

It is a great joy and honour for Anita to be a guide in creating a home. The whole process is very individual and unique, as that is the most personal space, which must be designed with the wishes and needs of each family member in mind.

Art and design are what makes Anita tick. In her free time she paints and spends a lot of time in galleries and at cultural events. Also, being in nature and observing it rejuvenates her soul.

Lennart Lind

Interior designer

Lennart will help you find and create a home at Iseära.

It can be said that architecture has surrounded Lennart all his life. Thanks to his grandparents who are architects and aunt who is an interior architect, he got acquainted with the nature of the field quite young. Lennart knew at an early age that he would become an interior architect. After graduating from the Estonian Academy of Arts in 2017, he worked in the architecture bureau ARS Projekt, where he was involved in the design and engineering of both private and public projects.

Lennart believes that good interior architecture is quite universal and is related to the proportion of rooms, layouts and functional solutions. The interior design of the rooms, on the other hand, is much more subjective.
At Liven, he wants to create value that is a combination of the above, because without a good interior architecture solution, the design has only a decorative role in the room, and good architecture without a suitable style can only leave the home environment a bleak place.
Lennart considers continuous self-development to be crucial. Therefore, in 2018, in order to maintain his academic form, he started studying at the Tallinn School of Economics as a marketing specialist.

Walking is his form of meditation – long walks by the sea or on city streets are an important part of the daily routine. Lennart also enjoys badminton and tennis.

Eveli Pihel

Interior designer

Eveli will help you find and create a home at New Zealand.

Eveli has more than 10 years of experience in the field of interior design, both in Estonia and in neighbouring countries.

She started her career designing kitchen furniture, but today, in addition to furniture, her portfolio of works includes furnishing homes, offices, retail space, nightclubs and even clinics.

Although Eveli is a real fan of her field, in addition to her work, she also likes to spend time actively with her family. They ride bikes, ski or swim together. Eveli’s family also has a dog, who is a full member of the family and with whom playing is also an active pastime.

Eveli also really likes to travel. Her favourite destinations so far have been San Francisco and Tokyo. She has been particularly impressed by the Japanese concept of zen, which lies behind the ultimate order. Travelling has also inspired Eveli in interior design. The warm tones of Asian countries, natural materials and minimalist overall impression are the ones she prefers to use in interior design.

Greete Mätas

Interior designer

Greete will help you find and create a home at Magdaleena 4.

Greete believes that everything happens for a reason. This is also true in the case of the past ten years, during which time she has encountered furnishing in a number of different ways through her work.

There have been a number of different challenges – as a member of the procurement team during the construction of a five star hotel, while engaged in project sales at a furniture company, as well as furnishing homes down to the last detail. Greete has decorated dozens of model apartments while working for development and construction companies, and also participated in creating the interior for a hotel being built outside of Estonia. Her hobby over the past few years has been the production and sale of custom-made designer carpets. Against the background of these larger and smaller endeavours, Greete has arrived at the understanding that the most important role is played by human relationships; professionally, as well as elsewhere. Greete approaches things with passion and must always have a project at hand. She likes to dream and plan ahead. She spends her free time with her family and friends. Amidst her fast paced life, Greete has rediscovered her love of sports. A while ago, her passion for sports was so strong that her friends suspected that she may be headed to the championships.

My favorite place in this apartment is the living room – again those windows, the light, the spaciousness.
