Small houses in a big garden

On the edge of the city center, amidst quiet, small streets and the charm of bygone times, lies a hidden courtyard surrounded by a garden and shaded by large trees. In this sunlit and green courtyard are three small apartment buildings and the Baron’s House, a single-family home that blends seamlessly with the surrounding heritage-rich area in both scale and appearance.

When creating the Magdaleena Homes, we aimed to preserve the area’s unique, cozy suburban vibe and the style of the buildings that once stood there, combining it all with modern comforts. Living in your secluded secret garden, it’s still comforting to know that the city center is just a 7-minute tram ride away, and Kristiine Center is less than a 20-minute walk.
