The special location of the building required an architectural competition. The winner was the renowned architectural firm KTA, which also created the Kvartal center in Tartu.

Probably the most difficult part for us was choosing whether to create a bar counter or a dining table for the kitchen, because somehow a bar counter might have been better, but the dining table was definitely the right choice for us.
The residents of the building are greeted by an elegant lobby, and all residents are welcome to spend time in the game room under the building.
