Small A-class energy houses on the forest edge

Exterior beauty is just as important as interior beauty

These are modern, yet above all charming houses. The facades and balconies feature plenty of wood to ensure that Luuslangi blends harmoniously with the lush natural surroundings. For the same reason, we have not held back on greenery in the areas between the houses.

The Luuslangi homes were designed by Kadarik Tüür Architects.

Interior beauty is just as important as exterior beauty

For the interior design of Luuslangi homes, the artistic choices have been made by renowned interior designers Kadri Tamme and Elin-Harriet Helemäe. Our interior designer Anita Karma has fine-tuned the selection of materials.

The courtyard area is rich in greenery So that both residents and their four-legged friends can enjoy the surroundings of their home.

VIEW OF GREENERY THROUGH FLOOR-TO-CEILING WINDOWS

The windows in Luuslangi homes are tall because you can’t always relax in the yard. Sometimes, it’s enough just to look out the window and dream of resting in the garden.

IN LUUSLANGI, CHILDREN CAN WORK CLOSE TO HOME

The title might have been misleading - apologies for that little trick. But since a child’s work is play, there’s an exciting playground right in the heart of Luuslangi where you can have fun with your child.

BALCONIES WITH GLASS RAILINGS BRING IN MORE LIGHT

In Estonia, there is more darkness than daylight. But in Luuslangi, there’s at least as much light as the size of your balcony.

BIG HOMES COME WITH BIG TERRACES

All four-room apartments located on the first floor have their own terraces. Everyone living together in a four-room home gets extra space. There is always a need for more space. Always.
