Designer Homes Amidst Nature
Construction of Luuslangi’s 2nd phase, buildings Jalami 6/1 and 6/2, is already underway, with the new homes scheduled for completion by the end of 2026. Jalami 4/1 and 4/2 buildings are also already under construction. The layouts and interior finishes of the Jalami 4 homes have already been finalised, but there are still opportunities to make the new homes more individual. On the website, additional kitchen and wardrobe options are available for each home and can be ordered as long as there are at least three months left until the end of construction. This makes it possible to add a more personal touch to the new home and, if desired, move into an already furnished home.
Luuslangi homes are designed for relaxation, and this idea has also inspired our interior design solutions. Liven’s Fika, Aloha and Noir interior combinations have been designed especially for Luuslangi homes. Each carefully considered combination brings together matching flooring, doors, ceramic tiles and details to create a cohesive and thoughtfully designed interior.
Design furniture that complements the interior finishes has also been carefully designed in advance. In collaboration with Balteco and Haapsalu Uksetehas, we created vanity units and interior doors especially for Luuslangi homes. The recurring striped motif is inspired by treetops in the forest and ties the different interior elements together into a harmonious whole.
