Creating a home is art. That's why an interior architect is available for everyone at Liven. They will listen to you, give you advice if you wish, or help you order custom-made furniture. They focus on the big picture, but acknowledge that happiness lies in the small details. The details are endless. Perhaps even too much.

You have a personal master bridge

Every Regati’s home has its own terrace or balcony. It would be simply unthinkable to live in a different way by the sea.

The parquet combines to form a whole

The floor standard for new homes is generally herringbone parquet. Indeed, a herringbone parquet would suit the seaside. Also, linguistically speaking. For Regati homes, however, we still recommend single-strip-ply parquets. In the case of single-strip, the grain of the wood stands out better, and the floor resembles a ship’s deck. But it doesn’t budge. It doesn’t float either, as all the parquet in these homes is glued down.

The light solutions have a prominent place

In Regati, light fixtures can be recessed into tracks so that the light source remains as unobtrusive as possible. This way, everything else can shine even brighter. Lighting can be controlled through a smart home system, but offline-switches are also thoughtfully placed. Most of them are dimmable.

Lighting and electrical plans can be customized according to your preferences, allowing you to fully enjoy the comforts you’re used to – or those you’ve been longing for.

There are a number of options available

We have chosen Grohe designed sanitary fittings, with the decision on the finish left up to you. In the case of Villeroy & Boch sanitary ceramics, you can also choose whether you
prefer a glossy or matte white finish. Tiles with bolder or more restrained patterns are available for the walls and floor of washrooms. You can view and touch everything in Liven’s home salon.

Comfortable design, well-thought-out solutions

Change the parquet pattern, wall colours, wallpaper, bathroom tiles, faucet shades with a click of the mouse and see for yourself what your future home could look like. You can also play with the colour of the kitchen cabinet doors and the material of the countertop, not to mention the appliances. Home Designer will immediately calculate how much your wishes would cost. Save your selections and receive them by email.

Wall-sized view of the sea

If you find it impossible to turn your gaze away from Pirita Bay, then choose a home in the Regati offering the best possible view of the sea. One that covers an entire wall. The sea changes every day, and you have a front row seat.

The windows in Regati homes reach a heigh of 2.7 metres, regardless of the direction of view. In fact, on the second floor they reach a height of 3 metres.

You can plan and design your home yourself. An interior designer will assist you. A pre-selection of materials has been made by Liven’s interior architects, and you can conveniently communicate your decisions through the Home Designer.

Homes in Regati have 2.3-metre-high doors with concealed frames. Until now, these have been only available to private home owners or apartment buildings with special projects. You can choose a decorative veneer wall with a recessed door right away – we will hand over your home to you, complete with these design features. The same veneer can also be used to cover fixed furniture, which can be additionally ordered from Liven.
