High ceilings and large windows

Houses with large glass surfaces hide spacious homes with high ceilings. On the third floor, floor-to-ceiling windows take on a new meaning, as they are truly ceiling-high – both the ceiling and the window height are three meters.

Spacious courtyard area

The rain garden between the houses is visually pleasing and environmentally friendly, and cars are not allowed here. Between the houses and the sea, there is only a promenade.

Under the Regati houses, there is a heated garage, which, in addition to 2.7-meter parking spaces, also includes bicycle rooms and storage units.

In a Regati home, there is space and openness, but some activities can also be done in the shared areas. We have designed a yoga studio-gym, a community area with a kitchen, and a hobby room where you can comfortably maintain your equipment.

Built by Mitt & Perlebach

The builder of the first phase of Regati is Mitt & Perlebach, with whom Liven has had positive collaboration experiences in several previous projects. The buildings at Regati pst 5/1, 5/2, 5/3, and 5/4 will be completed in early 2026. The design of the second phase of the buildings is currently underway, and the start of sales is yet to be determined.
