We are aiming for the highest level of LEED certification (Platinum) for Regati's A-rated seaside homes. LEED certifies that a building has been designed and constructed in a way that is environmentally friendly and healthy.
Yoga studio-gym
Residents of Regati's homes can use the yoga studio-gym, which is owned by the apartment association.
Community room with kitchen
You can organise events or work alone on your laptop in the community room.
Hobby room
In addition to the bicycle rooms, there is also a hobby room of about 40 m2 where residents can wash and maintain their hobby equipment.
High standard as default
All Regati's homes have glued parquet flooring, but you can choose the width and direction of the strip yourself. Plasterboard ceilings throughout the apartment offer the possibility for recessed lighting, but they also provide better sound absorption.

The rain garden between the houses is beautiful to look at and good for the environment, and cars are not allowed here. There is only a promenade between the houses and the sea.

The development area will be a nice seaside location with different businesses - cafes, restaurants. The whole area is open, but the area between the houses has been designed to create more privacy for homeowners.
Convenient parking
The underground heated garage has wider parking spaces than usual (2.7 meters). In addition to cars, bicycles are also parked underground.
