All the old things are coming back …

Mirko Põder, Head of Interior Design at Liven, presents the furniture solutions of the Regati show home.

Now is the perfect time to choose your interior

Did you know that you can order your kitchen and wardrobes from Liven? You choose – we help. Liven’s interior architects provide furniture concept support, and you can order all custom-made furniture through Liven. Moving in will be at least twice as stress-free. First choose your home, then we select the interiors together. For contracts signed in July, we’re offering a furniture fund of 5% of the home’s value. For example, for a two-room home, this covers the kitchen with appliances.

Regati homes are still under construction, but you can already visit them. The show home is fully furnished, and in addition, you’re welcome to explore any other home that interests you.

Do you appreciate the spaciousness?

The ceiling height in Regati is about 3 meters. The windows are also higher than usual – on the first and second floors, they are 2.7 meters high, and on the top floor, they are 3 meters high.

“An attractive living environment is taking shape in the three areas of Regati. It offers privacy for homebuyers while remaining open and welcoming to city residents. The Regati Puiestee 3 development will bring more life to the neighborhood with new restaurants, cafes, increased activity, and safer routes for both cyclists and pedestrians connecting the city center and Pirita.”
