Homes With a Soul Are Born from Collaboration

Construction of our Toom-Kuninga 21 homes, located between the Uus Maailm neighborhood and the city center, will soon begin. Although the projects are in place and the interior design concept has been created, we are still ready to accommodate the wishes of every homeowner and create a home that reflects their wishes. Below, we share thoughts and tips on the possibilities of customizing the two most important rooms in a home – the kitchen and the bathroom.

WHEN TO CHOOSE A KITCHEN?

Ten months to a year before moving in, you need to decide on the layout of the kitchen and the type of lighting you want. For example, if you have decided that your kitchen should have a kitchen island with a stove, it must also be reflected in the electrical plans.

When it comes to lighting, people often don’t think ahead for too long, and unfortunately, it often happens that when someone moves in, there is only a single wire in the center of each room. Unfortunately, by that time it is already too late to plan the wall lights.

Liven’s clients have a significant advantage with each new development – our team pays attention to details and asks relevant questions to ensure that plans are in place and can be smoothly executed.

We know that it is quite difficult to envision what kind of a kitchen or wardrobe you should have in your new home, especially when the house itself doesn’t even exist yet. However, if you start planning the kitchen as early as possible, it can turn out exactly as you dreamt of. For example, there are kitchen faucets available today that can boil water or dispense sparkling water instantly. This, of course, requires electricity, so the necessary additional wires must be marked on the electrical plan.

There are as many different preferences as there are people. Therefore, we cannot make all the decisions for homebuyers. For some, the mentioned kitchen island is an essential kitchen extension that will be highly utilized, while others may not cook as much at home and prefer additional space in the living room instead of a larger kitchen.

A BATH OR A SHOWER?

While many ponder over whether an apartment should have a bathtub, a shower, or both, Liven leaves that decision up to the client. In smaller apartments, we usually plan for a shower, but we always give the client the option to replace it with a bathtub. Some homebuyers also consider a sauna to be very important, while others can do without it and prefer to have an additional storage space in the apartment. For example, in the apartment number 40 in the Toom-Kuninga development, we have presented two possible layouts on our website. However, it doesn’t have to stop there; we are ready to go even further with modifications.
