New Trend: People Want to Buy New Homes With Custom-made Kitchen and Interior Design That Fits the Building
Out of the 51 apartments in the prestigious apartment building being developed by Liven Kinnisvara on Toom-Kuninga Street, only seven were ownerless at yesterday’s topping-out ceremony. According to the developer, the sales success can be attributed to personalized approach and work put into the interior design.

Liven’s partner, Andres Aavik, said during the topping-out ceremony that customers increasingly want to have a say when buying a new home, from the apartment layout to the smallest interior finishing details.

“People buy a home for years, sometimes even decades. Therefore, it makes sense that they can have a say in every stage of its creation, as this is the only way to ensure a home that fulfills their desires,” said Aavik.
The Toom-Kuninga 21 residential building is located on the border of Uus Maailm and Tõnismäe, next to the Children’s Stadium. The building stands out with its architecture and interior design solutions inspired by the art deco style of the 1920s and 1930s.
“Over the years, many customers have complained that although the location of their new home is good, the view is beautiful, and there is enough living space, they don’t have the time to visit furniture stores or browse online catalogs to find the right elements to create a perfect ensemble. The home creator puts in a lot of effort, but due to lack of time, they end up tolerating temporary solutions,” said Aavik. “That’s why we are testing a new way of working in the development of Toom-Kuninga 21, where we have worked with interior architects to create furniture that suits the style of the building. Customers have warmly welcomed this opportunity and expressed gratitude for the solutions they may not have thought of on their own.”
