The courtyard at Virmalise is a private space. A hammock hangs here, and a sandbox lounges nearby. In it, someone is trying to build a castle. Now and then, you hear someone taking their bike. Maybe you’ll even spot them pedaling away through the bushes. A private yard isn’t always a luxury. But in the city center, it certainly is.
