For the coastal homes with A energy class at Regati, we are aiming for the highest LEED certification, the Platinum level. LEED certifies that the building is designed and constructed in an environmentally and health-conscious way.

High ceilings and large windows

Houses with large glass surfaces hide spacious homes with high ceilings. On the third floor, floor-to-ceiling windows take on a new meaning, as they are truly ceiling-high – both the ceiling and the window height are three meters.

Spacious courtyard area

The rain garden between the houses is visually pleasing and environmentally friendly, and cars are not allowed here. Between the houses and the sea, there is only a promenade.

Convenient parking

Beneath the Regati buildings is a heated garage that, in addition to 2.7-meter-wide parking spaces, also includes bicycle rooms and storage units.

Additional amenities in the common area

Regati homes are spacious and open, but some activities can also be enjoyed in the shared areas. We’ve planned a yoga studio with gym equipment, a community area with a kitchen, and a hobby room where you can comfortably maintain your gear.

Built by Mitt & Perlebach

The builder for the first phase of Regati is Mitt & Perlebach, with whom Liven has had positive collaboration experience in several previous projects. The first homes at Regati pst 5/1, 5/2, 5/3, and 5/4 will be completed already in autumn 2025! The design of the second phase houses is ongoing, and the sales start date is not yet known.
