The sound insulation of Regati homes exceeds the standards currently required in Estonia. For additional acoustic comfort, all walls and ceilings have an extra layer of plasterboard, sound-absorbing carpeting is used in common areas, and apartment entrance doors provide enhanced sound insulation.
