Vääna 11, created by PIN Arhitektid, features three 3-storey buildings, each of which has 8 apartments. Most apartments have either a balcony or a terrace, the apartments on the top floor even have both. All three buildings are connected by an underground parking floor.
Vääna 11 is located by a road with light traffic which ultimately leads to the Nõmme-Harku health trail. A 15-minute walk away is the Nõmme market, which is appreciated not only by Nõmme people, but by all city residents.
