The car-free yard area is designed for both children and adults to have a good time in the fresh air.
Between the houses there are cozy wooden platforms with benches where you can sit and watch the sea roar or the grass grow.
There are two playgrounds in the yard – one for older children, the other for younger children.
Uus-Meremaa project has been nominated in the Best Development category at the Tallinn Entrepreneurship Competition 2024! Uus-Meremaa houses were created by PIN Architects, who were inspired by the surrounding nature and its beauty.
