Foreword

At first glance, there seems to be nothing revolutionary about the beginning of Liven’s story. Often, revolutions are only recognized in hindsight. When Liven started in 2014, it was simply a new real estate company. Just another developer, at least on paper. But even back then, there was a different kind of tune resonating within Liven. We understood that there is a distinction between an apartment and a home. So the tune was about the idea that we, at Liven, want to create homes.

For most people, buying a home is the biggest purchase of their lives. It would seem natural that people receive service and attention proportionate to the size of that purchase. However, that’s not always the case. Despite every house being designed as unique, creating a home based on customer’s desires is often unattainable or causes headaches for a whole year. Liven is ready to change that.
