An Apartment Building with High Ceilings is Being Constructed in Nõmme

Liven is happy to announce its partners and clients that the construction of Vääna 11 homes in Nõmme has begun. The construction contract was awarded to Mitt & Perlebach construction company. The homes will be completed in the autumn of 2018. What sets Vääna 11 apart, is its peaceful location nearby sports tracks and the fact that it offers the highest ceiling apartments (3.1 meters) among the new developments in Nõmme.

Designed by PIN Architects, the Vääna 11 new development consists of three three-story buildings, each containing eight apartments. Most apartments have either a balcony or a terrace, and the top-floor apartments have both. All three buildings are connected by an underground parking level.

The B-energy class apartments range from 2 to 4 rooms, with sizes ranging from 43.6 m² to 98.3 m². All living spaces have high ceilings, are spacious, and well-lit. Residents of Vääna 11 have the option to choose between two interior design styles – the Classic, featuring natural light wood motifs; and the Free Style, with a more modern and urban take, including exposed concrete and herringbone parquet.

However, just like with other Liven projects, clients can customize the layout and interior design according to their preferences. According to Liven’s partner, Mihkel Simson, clients have the opportunity to have a say in both the layout and finishing. “The future resident knows best what their home should be like,” added Simson.

The buildings also include a dream come true for any sports enthusiast – a workshop for cleaning training equipment, oiling bicycles, and waxing skis.
