Liven’s Show Home near Lake Harku is Completed

Liven is constructing A-class energy-efficient homes with geothermal heating on the streets of Särje and Kõrkja, located by Lake Harku. In the second phase, 5 terraced houses comprising 30 homes will be completed, along with an adjacent park area. The construction contract has been signed with Tesron Ehitus OÜ, who also completed the first phase of the development.

The terraced houses of the first phase are getting ready, and the doors of the first show home are open. The layout of the show home was chosen from Liven’s preselection, and in addition to the spacious living room, the ground floor also includes a sauna, a separate toilet, and a storage room. On the second floor, there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and a private bathroom. Although a picture is worth more than a thousand words, the essence of this home can truly be understood by experiencing it in person. Liven’s interior architect Lennart Lind has used materials that are also available for clients. The material choices can be combined, and each home in this small Scandinavian-like village will have its own unique charm.

Lennart Lind: “The show home of Iseära is modest at first glance but hides plenty of playful details. In contrast to calm and muted tones, colour nuances have been added.”

Iseära is a new garden town near Lake Harku, with the concept developed by ARS Projekt OÜ. The area will feature pitched-roof terraced houses, as well as small apartment buildings. Both the facades and window frames of each house have their own distinctive design. The surrounding environment will also be special – the residential area will be free of fences and have a playful landscape architecture created by TajuRuum OÜ. The space between the houses is designed in a way that the private area near the terraces smoothly leads into a semi-private area which then turns into a public area. The landscaping is meandering, and in addition to the shrubs and hedges, the garden town features natural greenery.

Liven AS is one of Estonia’s most reputable real estate developers, having created homes for over 600 families in recent years. Currently, they have over 1700 homes in various stages of development.
