Yesterday, 25 August 2016, the first apartment association meeting took place along the Tallinn Culture Kilometre, at the future location of Katla Maja, the new project of Liven Kinnisvara. In spite of the fact that construction of the building has not yet even begun, an informal meeting for future residents was arranged for interested parties and those associated with the project.
Liven Kinnisvara is set to build five sea view apartment buildings in the Merimetsa region of Tallinn, with PIN Arhitektid serving as both the author and designer of the concept.

When buying a residence, people assume that it will become a home for more than five years. Technology and innovation are increasingly dictating trends in real estate. Andero Laur, CEO of Liven AS, writes what will happen in the real estate sector as a result in the next decade.
