Construction of our Toom-Kuninga 21 homes, located between the Uus Maailm neighborhood and the city center, will soon begin. Liven Kinnisvara is set to build five sea view apartment buildings in the Merimetsa region of Tallinn, with PIN Arhitektid serving as both the author and designer of the concept.
