So what exactly?

Oak parquet with a single strip or herringbone pattern is in every home. Doors with profile and hidden hinges are white in some homes, gray in others. Many homes have black details. Sink cabinets and lights are also in place. Find out more!

Homes are ready

We use high-quality materials. All apartments have natural oak parquet and tall doors with hidden hinges. The bathrooms have 60 x 60 cm tiles and Grohe sanitary ware, Villeroy & Boch sanitary ceramics and a Balteco bathtub or a shower area with a glass wall and a sliding staircase.
