The Perfect Time to Furnish

Did you know that you can order a kitchen and wardrobes from Liven, and they’ll already be installed by the time you receive your keys? In June, we offer customers who sign a contract a 5% furniture fund based on the value of the home. For example, for a two-room apartment, this can mean a fully equipped kitchen.

Striking design, thoughtful choices

We’ve chosen standout Grohe sanitary fittings and Villeroy & Boch ceramic ware. The bathroom walls and floors feature tiles with either bold or more subdued patterns. Regati homes come with 2.3-meter-high flush doors without skirting — a feature previously found only in private houses or custom apartment buildings. You can see and feel all of it at the Liven showroom.

The parquet complements the whole

The standard flooring in our new homes is usually herringbone parquet. Yes, herringbone does seem fitting by the sea — even linguistically. However, for Regati homes, we recommend single-strip parquet. It highlights the wood grain more distinctly and gently resembles a ship’s deck. But it doesn’t sway. Nor does it float, as the parquet in all homes is glued down.

Wall-sized sea view

If you feel you can’t take your eyes off Pirita Bay, choose a Regati home with the largest possible sea view — one that spans an entire wall. The sea looks different every day, and you’ll have a front-row seat.

The windows in Regati homes are 2.7 meters high, regardless of the direction of the view. On the third floor, they’re even 3 meters tall.
