Inspiring Interiors

All Regati homes are now fully completed and ready to welcome their new residents. At Regati, two fully furnished show apartments have been created, where every detail has been carefully considered and together they form a distinctive, harmonious atmosphere. Both apartments are open for visits, and one of them is still waiting for its future owners.

You can visit these apartments independently — at your own pace and without accompaniment. More information about self-guided visits is available here.

In addition, partially furnished apartments are available for sale. These homes already feature a kitchen perfectly tailored to the layout and equipped with appliances, as well as a partially furnished living room. Each building has its own character — diverse design solutions and color palettes create a unique atmosphere in every interior. Some of the furnished apartments are still available and ready for immediate move-in.

Many apartments are adorned with artworks from the Artrovert gallery. While the artworks are not included in the price of the home, they create an inspiring and cozy ambiance and offer a great example of how art can complement the interior of your new home.

Come and explore our show apartments — discover different design solutions and find inspiration. And if you don’t yet own a home at Regati, this might just be the place where you feel you’ve found somewhere you’d love to move into right away.

The parquet complements the whole

The standard flooring in our new homes is usually herringbone parquet. Yes, herringbone does seem fitting by the sea — even linguistically. However, for Regati homes, we recommend single-strip parquet. It highlights the wood grain more distinctly and gently resembles a ship’s deck. But it doesn’t sway. Nor does it float, as the parquet in all homes is glued down.

Wall-sized sea view

If you feel you can’t take your eyes off Pirita Bay, choose a Regati home with the largest possible sea view — one that spans an entire wall. The sea looks different every day, and you’ll have a front-row seat.

The windows in Regati homes are 2.7 meters high, regardless of the direction of the view. On the third floor, they’re even 3 meters tall.

Your personal captain's bridge

Most Regati homes have their own terrace or balcony, so you can step closer to the sea right from your room.

A good layout is the foundation of a home

In Regati, the layout of each home has been carefully and repeatedly considered, and redrawn multiple times to achieve the best possible spatial solution.

Creating a home is an art

At Liven, an interior architect is waiting to help you create a cohesive home. Even though the interior finish has already been chosen, they can still advise you and assist in ordering custom-made furniture. They focus on the big picture but know that happiness lies in the small details — and there are endless details. Sometimes even more than that.
