Outstanding design, thoughtful choices

Several design solutions used in Regati homes have previously been seen mainly in custom projects and private houses. One striking example is the 2.3-metre doors with concealed frames and without skirting boards. You can see and experience the distinctive sanitaryware, high-quality ceramics and other design solutions in the Liven showroom and in the show homes.

The parquet complements the overall design

The floors in Regati homes could have followed the standard solution for new homes – herringbone parquet. We decided to take it a step further. Instead, you’ll find single-strip parquet where the natural wood grain stands out beautifully, giving the floor the look of a ship’s deck. At the same time, it remains stable and solid, as the parquet in every home is fully glued to the floor.

A wall-sized sea view

If you feel like you can’t take your eyes off Pirita Bay, choose a home in Regati with the largest possible sea view that stretches across the entire wall. The windows in Regati homes are 2.7 metres high, regardless of the view direction. On the third floor, the window height is even 3 metres.
