We sold 1- and 2-room tacos at the festival. Considering how quickly the tacos ran out, we can say that Liven's excellent team would likely be able to handle running a café as well.
We Held a Housewarming Party for the New Homeowners of Toom-Kuninga 21

An Apartment Building with High Ceilings is Being Constructed in Nõmme
Liven is happy to announce its partners and clients that the construction of Vääna 11 homes in Nõmme has begun. The construction contract was awarded to Mitt & Perlebach construction company. The homes will be completed in the autumn of 2018.
The First Luxury Development in Lasnamäe Has Been Completed
In collaboration between Liven Kinnisvara and Nordecon, the residential and commercial complex named Central Residence has been completed in Lasnamäe. This is Liven Kinnisvara's first large-scale completed development.
New Homes in Uus Maailm Will Be Completed in a Year
The Toom-Kuninga 21 apartment building, developed by Liven Kinnisvara, has been designed by Kadarik Tüür Arhitektid and will be constructed by Merko Ehitus Eesti. Construction work started yesterday on December 18, 2017, and the building will be completed in a year. As of today, 36 apartments have already found their owners.
