Greenery without a home garden

On the day when Liven purchased the property on Alasi Street, Greete decided that it would become her new home. She had no idea what it would look like – no architect was yet appointed to design the house –, but as a girl from Northern Tallinn, she knew that it would have a perfect location near the sea and large parks, where the loudest noise from the windows would be birdsong while the city was just a couple of minutes away.

Colourful Koplifornia

A park, birdsong, a beach. For Rauno who had grown up in Pärnu, these three things defined the feeling of home. He and his wife Anett wanted a home for themselves and their two children right next to the centre of Tallinn but also close to nature, where no neighbours would peek in through their windows – they found all of it in Kopli.

A home for grown-ups

Katla Maja, located out of the way between Kultuurikatel, Kalasadam and the Old Town, is one of the most attractive addresses in Tallinn due to its high ceilings, an architectural design alluding to the industrial history of Northern Tallinn, and an excellent location both in the centre of the city and by the sea.

A home as an artwork in itself

The home of Kristi, Martin and their young son in a sunny corner of Katla Maja features white walls and classic herringbone parquet but is anything but monotone and boring. They have dared to combine different styles and use colours; to create and build their own furniture to stand beside works by celebrity designers, placing everything onto a neutral background which highlights the style and individuality of the art and furniture even more.

Town Life in the Big City

The homes of Väike Tallinn are located on Türi Street, and based on the area’s street names, surrounded by a network of small Estonian towns. These modern residential buildings embody the atmosphere of these small towns, which bring us memories of summer vacations, visits to grandmother’s, lush orchards, and the tranquility and peace that we desire so much in the midst of the busy city life.

Winter Garden Home

The lush greenery of Nõmme continues in Kristiina’s, Indrek’s, and their two children's home, where abundant plants and vases filled with blooming flowers adorn every room. After a long search for a home in Tallinn, the active family finally found one on the outskirts of Nõmme's health trails, where excellent train connections allow everyone to conveniently and quickly commute to downtown for work or school.
