The first apartment was completed in Promenade House, located in the port area of Tallinn, which is developing into a modern heart of the city. The sample apartment, with its beautiful views and luxurious interior, is open for viewing to all prospective buyers.

The interior design for Promenade House has been created by interior architects Helen Kolks and Kristiine Lõuk. The solutions and materials in the sample apartment are used in all of the building’s apartments. For example, tall interior doors with hidden hinges and magnetic locks, heating and cooling systems operated by mobile telephone, minimalistic recessed shower premixing taps, stone bath, modern shower floor drain and Estonian designer hearths by Huum in apartments with saunas.

Apartments are furnished with a series of sockets and switches from German manufacturer Berker, a video door lock, triple-pane timber-aluminium windows with very good sound proofing and thermal insulation, and expensive larch on the balcony floor.
